Yep, the first round of sauerkraut is done! Thank you, Perfect Pickler, for accelerating this process. We’ve got plain and dill in pint jars for $8. Get yours by making a pre-order on the Farm Fresh page of the website or come see us at the stand on the farm from 11 am - 1 pm this Friday. You’ll see scallions available for pre'-order, as well.
We’ve also got eggplants (eggplant parmesan, YUM!) busting out and tomato plants heavy with fruit moving to ripeness and many green jalapenos, serranos, poblanos and baby bell peppers. If you want green peppers, let me know. Otherwise, I like them to ripen fully to red or whatever color they are meant to be at maturity.
