Part of Phase 1 is remodeling my Dad's south shop to be more functional for a farm focus. I have acquired the perfect builder to transform this 60'x16' space, Richard Hartwig of Estacada. He was the original builder of this part of the shop back in 1984. He seems to think this is going to be easy so I think I chose wisely. Plus, my partner, Peter Bush will be assisting often. Onward!
